Popular TV host and comedian Kapil Sharma hit the headlines sometime back with whopping 110 crore deal for the renewal of popular show ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil Sharma ‘. This kind of deals are common for Bollywood stars like Salman Khan but everybody was surprised that a comedian can earn this kind of money. In a recent development, Sony has cancelled the deal.
Kapil Sharma has recently landed into a big controversy with his abusive behavior during a flight journey. While travelling by flight, he has beaten his fellow comedian Sunil Grover and thrown his shoe on him under the heavy influence of alcohol.
The airlines has decided to take disciplinary action on Kapil Sharma for his abusive behavior. On the other hand, Sunil Grover who is a key person in the ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil’, walked out of the show along with his team. He is not willing to comeback even after Kapil tendered him an apology.
On top of all these things, TRP ratings have drastically fallen after Sunil Grover’s exit from the show. As the show ratings dropped Sony has cancelled the deal. There is a popular quote on anger by a great thinker Confucius.
