One notorious cheater by name Ranjit Tiwari@ Rajeev Saxena @ Himansu Upadyaya @ Ranjit Awadhesh Tiwari @ Ranjit Kumar Tiwari was absconding from 2019 and he was arrested on 20-03-2023 at Gurugram District Haryana State.
The accused floated a Paper company called Miric Biotech Limited and recruited a local person as Regional Sales Manager for entire Telangana State to identify interested distributors. The innocent businessmen were told that their company is very noted company which produces skin care and Ayurvedic products on huge scale in North India by showing colourful brochures and that they are extending their business to South India.
On believing this, the investor, M/s Sindhura Traders deposited Rs.6 Lakhs as deposit amount and Rs.36 Lakhs for material supply to Ranjit Tiwari. After taking the said amount, Ranjit Tiwari switched off his cell phone and stopped responding to the victim.
On that the complainant approached Telangana State CID Police and got registered a case in Cr.No.03/2019. Later, CID police tried to trace out the accused but he is absconding since the offence. A team consisting of Sri Sardar Satpal Singh, SI of Police, Sri D. Ashok, ASI and Sri P. Sreenivas, HC 2768 went to Gurugram and brought the accused on P.T. Warrant to Hyderabad.
