Accused Gala Chendra Shaker Gupta and Surineni Upendra with their agents have cheated innocent gullible public of unified Kareemangar district in the name of illegal online FOREXtrading with a false promise of hefty returns during 2017 onwards to the reporting of this case by Sri Karra Karunakar Reddy r/o Korakal village, Veenavanka mandal, Kareemangar district, who is one of the victim. The case is registered vide Cr No 2/2020 U/sec. 406,409,420 r/w 120-B IPC of EOW, CID, Telangana.
A-10.Gala Chendra Shaker was arrested on 01-09-2021. Fellow accused person Surineni Upendhar wasevading the police since registration of the crime. Together they have cheated about victims to an amount of Rs 1 crore in this case.
Surineni Upendhar is an habitual offender and has incessant history of duping the general public to the tune of hundreds of crores. He is previously arrested by the 4th town PS, Vizag city, wherein he has defrauded common public by creating a fraudulent company named Surakasha Infra Projects, Akkayyapalem, Vizag in the name of providing cheap real estate plots. There after again he has in conspiracy with Gala Chandra Shaker Gupta has created a spurious company named SR Blue Chips, HSR lay out, Bangalore and duped hundreds of crores. In continuation of that he has further created EPC E- wallet, a fake network products company, dare2dream networking company at Tirupathy, AP with Gala Chendra Shaker and also Lord Sai Balaji Real Estate Ventures also at Tirupathy on his own and duped common public hundreds of crores. He is also actively involved in layering of the tainted money of Ambident Financial Scam that took place in Karnataka. Since the ED inquiry and Karnataka CID cases were publicised widely, he is hiding since 2019.
The arrested accused is also mostwanted one in Cr Nos 7, 250 and 364 of 2018 u/s.s. 406,420 r/w 34 IPC, sec 3,4,5,6 of prize chits and banning of money circulations Act and sec 9 of KPID Act of CID, Karnataka and Cr Nos 98, 102 and 115 of 2018 of Cyber Crime PS, Rachakonda Commissionerate.
