Ericsson, the Telecom company has filed a petition to arrest Anil Ambani the Chairman of R -com. They charged that Anil was going against the court decision and was not paying the due of Rs 550 crore. Anil stated that if he had got the amount for selling the spectrum, then he would have settled the dues as promised.
Anil did not pay the amount to the Spectrum after coming to an understanding in the court. The Telecommunications department is yet to pay the dues he stated.
On the other hand, the Rafale deal is also blowing out of proportions in the parliament. Rahul Gandhi the Congress Chief has charged that Modi has helped Anil with Rs 45000 crore in the Rafale deal, and that Anils company has no experience in making the fighter jets at all. In this way Anil being burnt from both the ends. One from the Courtside and the other from the Congress party for the Rafale deal.
