Arjuna Awardees and Asian Games 2023 medallists and participants called on Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy on at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Secretariat.
The Chief Minister took the time to meet each sports person and discussed about their accomplishments, future tournaments. The CM felicitated the award and medal winners with shawls and presented bouquets in recognition of their achievements.
The Hon’ble Chief Minister instructed concerned officials to compile a comprehensive list of issues and challenges being faced by each sports person. The CM emphasized the need to devise effective solutions, considering avenues such as financial assistance, job opportunities and any other support that aligns with the eligibility criteria, aiming to foster the development of sports in Telangana.
The sports persons, in turn, proudly showcased their medals and awards, expressing their happiness and gratitude to the Hon’ble Chief Minister for his support and encouragement.
The Sports persons who met today includes recently awarded Arjuna Awardees 2023 Mr.Husamuddin (Boxing and Commonwealth Games Bronze Medallist) and Ms.Esha Singh (Shooting also Asian Games 2023 Gold Medallist).
Other Medal winners and participants of Asian Games 2023 include Nikhat Zareen (Bronze Medal in Boxing), Kynan Chenai Darius (Gold Medallist in Shooting), Ms. Agasara Nandini (Bronze Medallist in Athletics), N.
