The AP state election commissioner Nimmgadda Ramesh Kumar has no vote at this point in time. He will not be able to vote in this Panchayat election as the election is being done on 2019 electoral rolls.

It is surprising to note that the State election commissioner is struggling to get his name registered as a voter in his home town.

Nimmagadda had his vote in Jubileehills area and later he has registered his vote in the state of Andhra Pradesh in his village called Duggirala. But the district collector has rejected this.

Nimmagadda has posted the visual of his house in Duggirala stating that this is his house. If he does not get registered as a voter in Duggirala, Nimmagadda is all set to go to the court.

He has withdrawn the vote from Hyderabad and registered in Duggirala. But he did not get the vote and is not confirmed. Right now Nimmagadda has released an App for Panchayat elections, but the government has rejected it.

The SEC has been facing a stiff opposition from the Government and also the employees in conducting the Panchayat elections. The Government tried to stall the election process, but Nimmagadda has finally succeeded in conduct of the elections here in Andhra Pradesh.
