The Jaganmohan Reddy Government has received yet another direction against it. So far the court has given many verdicts against the Government.

Andhra Pradesh State High Court has directed the state government to file an affidavit on the repeal of the AP Decentralisation and Inclusive Development of All Regions Bill, 2020 and revoking of CRDA Act.

The court ordered the government to file the affidavit by coming Friday (26th November). This is after the state government’s Advocate General informed the HC about the withdrawal of the Bill and revoking CRDA Act.

The court questioned the Advocate General, the High Court asked what are the reasons of the state government for repealing the bill, its intentions and asked it to give this in writing along with a Memo. It asked the AG to submit the complete bill in front of the court and posted the next hearing on this issue to 29th November.
