The court has added another 7 years of imprisonment for the former PM of Bangladesh.
A Bangladesh Court today sentenced former PM and Opposition leader Khaleda Zia to another 7 years in prison on corruption charges. But her supporters said that it was all politically motivated.
A judge in Dhaka found her guilty of graft charges linked to the misappropriation of 375000 dollars set
aside which was meant for the charity.
Khaleda Zia has been in prison since February when she was sentenced to five years for embezzling funds of an orphanage.
