Food is the main thing in anybody life. It all started with Amma canteens in Tamilnadu and then it was Anna canteens in Andhra. The TG Government is giving Rs 5 meals in som places of Hyderabad.
The poor and middle class just survive on this. Working people that is lower class used to get this food for Rs 5 tjeu jad breakfast, lunch and also dinner all put together for Rs 15.
But it was stopped by the Jagan Government.
The workers did not like this. The TDP Government is relaunching it from August 15. In some places some MLAs are doing it for free. They give food round the year for free and call it as Annadanam.
The quality of food is good and sometimes people chip in to finance the same. The Jana Sena is giving food from Dokka Seethamma canteens.
Giving free food is like service to god.
Ramakrishna mission gives free lunch on a daily basis with donations.
It is like Sambar Rice and a sweet. TTD gives free food to lakhs of pilgrims on a daily basis all the time. Now the quality has been improved by the New Government led by Chandrababu.
