There is a talk that Chandrababu Naidu who struck a deal with the Congress in Telangana has deputed a dozen of his intelligence sleuths here to assess the situation and also the candidates to be fielded for the next elections as part of Mahaghatbandhan.
Chandrababu wants to see that he get a maximum number of seats for striking a deal in case they get the required numbers. They are hopeful of a Karnataka like Government which was formed even after the BJP was declared the single largest party here in Karnataka.
But how far is that right for the Intelligence of one state to operate in another state is the question now. Is it illegal for the AP police to work in Telangana for the sake of Chandrababu is a debatable issue. Like the vote for note case, the Telangana government has every right to question over this matter. It has to be seen if the AP intelligence can have any jurisdiction over Telangana. It is learnt that they are assessing the prospects of TDP here in the region apart from looking at the strength of other parties.
A new controversy is now brewing between the two states and also the police of the two states. How far this will go has to be seen. On the other hand KCR the Telangana CM is not keeping well. He has a slight fever and cough and is taking rest at Pragathi Bhavan. He is relaxing in a dhoti and coordinating the things with KTR, Kavitha and Harish Rao from time to time.
