Amul the popular milk products company was forded to clarify to the media on the TTD issue which is rocking the Hindus sentiments across the world.On the issue over the use of animal fat in Prasada given at Tirumala temple in Andhra’s Tirupati district, Amul issued a clarification stating that it had never supplied ghee to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD).
After posts on various social media platforms, Amul.coop posted a statement on X, stating that Amul Ghee was never supplied to the TTD.
“This is in reference to some social media posts mentioning that Amul Ghee was being supplied to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD). We wish to inform that we have never supplied Amul Ghee to TTD,” the statement read.
There is also a talk that Amul was cleverly using the issue to publicise the company. There was no mention of Amul anywhere on official basis so far. The TTD or the report of Analayis never talked about the company called Amul.
