Yes we are talking about the Big B.From playing a chef in Cheeni Kum to the titular role of a Coolie any more, Amitabh Bachchan has surprised with the varied characters he’s played on screen. And now buzz is that the actor is all set arrive on screen as the head of the dabbawalas.
The legendary actor along with Varun Dhawan will be seen in a Pradeep sarkar directorial, produced by Yash Raj Films. While the former plays the head of the dabbawalas, the latter plays an MBA.
Sharing more details on the film titled Dabba Gul, one of the top crew members said that , “Bachchan plays the head of the dabbawalas in Mumbai whereas Varun is an MBA topper from one of the premium management institutes and he decides to enroll for a two month internship with the dabbawalas instead.”
It’s reported that what forms the premise of the story is how the two characters meet and bond. It also shows how Big B helps Varun learn the ropes of the business.
While Bachchan’s dates are being locked, Varun who’s keen on the project is trying his best to make room for the film in his busy schedule. No doubt the concept is interesting and what more can the Dabbawalas ask for.
