Sridevi’s mortal remains shall be brought on a private jet, sent by Anil Ambani. The plane shall arrive at the cargo airport terminal today. Her last rites shall take place at Pawan Hans crematorium at Juhu, Mumbai on February 26 in the afternoon. Before the funeral, celebrities and family members shall pay their last respects to the late actor.
As per latest development Srideivs prayer, meet will take place on 27nth at the boat club and will be attended by many celebrities from the industry.
The actress’ mortal is kept Al Qusais police station morgue. Indian consulate is making all arrangements for the body to be handed over to the family so that it can be taken to Mumbai.
Anil Ambani has been reported to have sent a plane to fly back the veteran’s mortal back to Mumbai. She was found unconscious in the hotel washroom where she was staying. She was taken to the hospital immediately and breathed her last on the way.
Sridevi was last seen in Mom alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Akshaye Khanna. Her cameo appearance in Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero will be her last film. She was awarded the Padma Shri, India’s fourth-highest civilian honour, in 2013.
