Mukesh Ambani from the Reliance group is all set to produce Mahabharat it is reported and the budget is a whopping Rs 1000 crore one of costliest movies in India.
The man that is the actor who would lead the project is our Dangal man Aamir. Aamir Khan likes Karna character but wants to play the pivotal role of SriKrishna. Earlier there was talk that after Baahubali our director Rajmouli would be doing Mahabharata in 2 parts and that he would select all the stars of other languages to make it a pan Indian movie.
But so far nothing of that sort is coming forward from the ace director Rajamouli. Now Aamir has expressed his willingness to get involved in Mahabharata after the Thugs of Hindostan is completed.
Mahabharata was made in several languages in several forms and it was on TV also but still, people want to explore it. Now with Ambani showing a keen interest in the project, there will be no going back on it. The rest of the things will fall in line automatically.
It is learnt that Aamir will go for a new look for the role of Krishna.
