Industrialist Mukesh Ambani and his family received three threat calls on Monday, August 15. The calls were received on the number of Reliance Foundation’s Harskisandas Hospital.
The DB Marg police are trying to get more information. In a statement, the Mumbai Police said: “Reliance Foundation has filed a complaint about the threat calls to Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani and his family. More than three calls were received at the hospital. A probe is underway.”
Earlier a Scorpio car with 20 explosive gelatin sticks and athreat letter was found outside Mukesh Ambanis Mumbai house, Antiliaas the police were informed, several cops — including Mumbai’s crime intelligence unit headed by Sachin Vaze — reached the spot for investigation. Sachin Vaze took over as the lead investigator in the case.
