Amala Paul the leading lady says casting couch or the sexual harassment in general exists in all the sectors and the women must have guts to face them. Amala confessed that she also faced this problem and that most of the women have to face it. The women must stick to the decision and should not be submissive she suggested. In film industry and other walks of life, this is rampant she stated.
Not only Tollywood but in the entire film industry it is there and it all depends on the women as to how they would protect and conduct themselves she said. Speaking out and exposing the counterpart is one way of protecting ourselves she opined.Speak out, be bold and protect yourselves Amala suggested.The issue came for discussion in the name of Metoo in other parts of the world and also in India.
