The city of Hyderabad is truly going International. Not just ring roads but there is a plan to lay Railway ring around Hyderabad. It may be recalled that Union Minister of State for Home Kishan reddy has announced that the central Government has agreed to the outer ring road around Hyderabad.
The Hyderabad Unified Metropolitan Transport Authority (Umta) has decided that the public transport system will be very much better by building a new railway ring line around the outer ring road of the great city.
The proposed ring road will be encircled by a railway line in the form a ring. This makes all the difference to transport for the city people. They can reach any point by road or railways.
This will make Hyderabad the true International city or Global city as being said KT Rama Rao the Minister for IT and Municipal Administration.
In addition to traffic issues in the rapidly expanding great city, the public transport system has a crucial role to play.
The Government is trying to encourage transport by way bus, MTS, Metro, LRTS, Electric Mobility, Cycling and other means of Transport. The projects of the outer ring road and also railway ring will take quite some time, but that will go a long way in developing the city further.
It will also expand the city in every direction. People will agree to shift and move as the Transport is available from every direction.
