Pushpa Arjun has got the interim bail from the High Court. One court remanded Arjun while the other court accepted the quash plea and granted the interim bail.
Nampally Court has remanded hero Allu Arjun for 14 days remand and he will be lodged in a Jail. People like KA Paul , director Trivikram and others have come to the court today in the evening.
The police have beefed up the security at Chanchalguda Jail. The arguments are going on for the quash petition in the High Court. Quash petition was filed by Allu Arjun. Bhaskar the husband of the dead lady has advised the police not to send Arjun to the Jail.
He wants to withdraw the case and see that Arjun is free. It is not the fault of Arjun he stated to the police. But there is every hope that Allu Arjun will come out of the jail on Bail. Salman Khan,Shahrukh Khan are the examples where they have come out of the Court when people died because of them.Willl the High Court give some relief to Arjun is the question. Thecourt has already quashed the quash petition once . Now there is hope in the Allu Arjun family that he would get some relief.
There is negligence from the police, theatre owners and also the hero during the benefit show. The GP has argued that Arjun should not get the Babil. The BRS working President KTR is of the opinion that it isthe negligence of the Governor and Arjun is not at fault.
CM Revanth stated that he would get the details and talk about it. The law would take its own course he stated. There was no permission for the premier show the police said. GP has argued in the court that 7 persons were arrested in this connection.
Allu Arjun on the other hand has announced a compensation of Rs 25 lakhs to the family of victim. Even if High Court does not agree for the quash, he can go for the bail.
