Allu Arjun the Pushpa star may campaign for the Congress party it is reported. Allu Arjun’s father-in-law Chandrasekhar Reddy who was in BRS, is likely to join Congress soon.
Chandrasekhar is trying for an MP ticket and if he gets it, then Allu Arjun will campaign for him it is learnt.
The exodus from BRS is not stopping as 4 noted leaders of the party joined Congress. Former MLA and ex-minister Patnam Mahender Reddy has joined the Congress in the presence of Revanth Reddy .
Sitting MP Venkatesh Netha, and ex-deputy CM T Rajaiah have already joined Congress.
Former mayor Bontu Rammohan, and another BRS senior Thigala Krishna Reddy, along with his daughter-in-law Anita Reddy have also joined the ruling party.
The sitting deputy mayor Srilata Shoban Reddy has also joined the Congress party. Many BRS leaders are expected to join the Congress by the time the parliament elections are announced.
