There will be two meetings for the Congress at the LB stadium. One is on 7nth and other is on 9nth. First it will be the swearing-in of the cabinet and next it will be the public meeting for thanksgiving to the people of Telangana.
Chief Secretary A. Santhi Kumari instructed officials to make elaborate arrangements for the swearing-in ceremony at LB Stadium on Thursday.
Kumari asked all officials to work in close coordination with other departments. The police were directed to make adequate bandobust, traffic, parking and security arrangements, alongside firefighting arrangements and deploying fire tenders at the venue.
MA&UD officials were asked to undertake cleaning, watering and fogging of the venue, while GHMC officials were told to take up repairs of roads leading to the venue.
The health department was directed to arrange fully equipped ambulances, and the energy department was told to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
The security at the house of the CM Revanth Reddy was beefed-up and we do not know when he is going to shift to the Praja Bhavan to meet the people on regular basis as part of his darbar like the former CM YSR.
It has to be seen how far Revanth will be able to run the welfare state in comparison with KCR. There are doubts about the power supply and also the development of the real estate in particular.
