There were rumours in the Social Media that Anushka needs medical attention and that she was badly injured while shooting with Chiranjeevi for Syera Narasimha Reddy. But Anushka who is shooting abroad for a movie called Silence clarified that she was alright and enjoying the shooting.
The social media stated that Anushka was not in a position to walk and need medical attention for a week. But those were all just rumours which helped Syera to gain some popularity.
Anushka is playing a pivotal role in Syera. This will be a prestigious role with Chiranjeevi after Baahubali.
Baahubali was a blockbuster for Anushka. After Baahubali there were rumours that Prabahs the star would get married to Anushka so on and so forth. But Prabhas said that they were just friends and nothing more than that.
Later Prabahs and Anushka were seen together in the marriage party of the son of the popular director Rajamouli. They were seen enjoying the marriage party along with junior NTR and Rana.
Now Ramcharan and NTR are working for RRR with Rajamouli which is scheduled for release in 2020.
