iSmart 2 could not make the expected double impact. Puri failed in making a hit film. Mr Bachchan of Ravi Teja is also not bad, but we cannot call it as a hit. Thangalaan of Vikram is also not bad.
AAY the comedy film is better when compared to other movies. Vedaa the film of John Abraham is a failure. We can say that the directors of Tollywood have failed to impress the audience and the new team has done well with AAY.
It is becoming extremely difficult for the movie makers to draw the audience to the theatres. Unless and until it is a big movie people are not coming out . Most of the audience are glued to the TV with various options at home.
The directors must change the style and do something new for the audience. Story is the key and they must make movie with story as the hero. Writing for hero should be stopped. Story must select the hero for the audience.
One man beating hundred of other and putting them like a heap in front of audience is not right. Reality must take over the films in future.
