While the police have made it crystal clear that the Bhuma family members were behind the kidnap of Hafizpet lands, Bhuma Akhila Priya who is the A1 in the case has applied for bail again.
The police have already argued that Akhila Priya should not be granted bail. Earlier the court has refused the bail for Akhila Priya. Around twenty people were nabbed in connection with the Hafizpet lands case, but Akhilas husband Bhargav Ram and his aid Guntur seenu are evading the drag net of the police. Akhilas brother Jaga Vikhyat Reddy is also absconding.
Goondas were hired from Vijayawada to execute the kidnapping plot in a cinema fashion. Kidnap was done in a cinema fashion, but the kidnappers were left after sometime on the road as the police were already chasing them.
There is a talk that the lands were leased to My Home group. So far around dozen people were murdered in this land case. The dispute is to the extent of about 48 acres.
The role of Akhila Priya and her husband Bhargav Ram has been almost proved by the Police. 5 cars and around 20 people were involved in the kidnap. Signatures were taken on empty stamp papers.
