After 3 movies Akhil Akkineni is yet to get a hit. He wants to continue with the movies and prove himself. Seniors in the industry have advised him to do different kinds of movie. Romance is not working out for him. Now it is reported that he wants to try with a sports movie. Then he wants to go with a comedy.
Srinu Vytla who is relatively free would work with Akhil in the future it is reported. Majnu the movie which was released in the recent time received mixed reactions and there was nothing new it. The Toliprema director could not create the magic with Akhil. It is like just another romantic movie.
All the three men Akkineni family, Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya and Akhil are struggling to get hits while Samantha is giving hits in a row. Rangasthlam was a blockbuster for her. Samantha is also trying for good directors so that Chaitanya and Akhil will get some good work.
All said and done, Akkinenis are waiting for a good time. Getting hits is not easy these days. Running a movie for a week itself is a big task.
