Akbaruddin warned and left for lack of evidence

There was no proper evidence in the hate speech cases against Akbaruddin the MIM leader and MLA. The two cases against Akbar were struck down and warned him not to do this again.

There should be no hate speeches and no celebrations now the Court warned. There was no proper investigation and the lawyers could not give proper evidence the court said.

The video evidence cannot be taken as proper evidence the court opined. The case has been getting postponed for ten long years. During the regime of Kiran Kumar Reddy the CM, Akbar was made to run from pillar to post.
