AK Khan the retired IPS officer who was working as the advisor to the Government on Minority affairs has been given an extension for his good work.
He has been given an extension with the same department for one more year. AK Khan hails from Kadpah but is a non-contorversial and very sincere man.
He has worked hard for developing schools for the Minorities, especially the children. They are now given good education and food in the schools by the Telangana Government.
The GO giving extension to the Officer was given today and he will be in the service for one more year that is up to December next year. He worked in various capacities in the state of Andhra Pradesh and after the formation of Telangana got the post of Government advisor.
Many of them raised eyebrows as to how Khan from Kadapa could become the advisor to the Telangana Government. But all said and done he is an upright officer.
