Chikoti Praveen who is popular across Telugu states with Casanova and gambling wants to come into politics. It looks like he is trying to take shelter under a political party to come out of the ED cases.
Usually, he was seen in the company of chota mota, so called pahalwans and dancing in the processions of gods, birthdays and festival processions.
He was seen in the company of road side hoodlums in the band baaja and barath and hurling currency notes at the dancers and band walas. Chikoti also is seen dancing with the big boss winner Rahul Sipligunj.
Chikoti celebrated his birthday in a grand fashion before the ED entered his house and picked him up for questioning. He is in hawala business they say, but Chikoti says it is all legal.
He is cooperating with the enforcement agencies and wants to do public Seva by contesting in elections. He has applied for police protection. Chikoti says he is giving all the information to the ED officers and was not afraid of anyone.
He says there are many cooked-up stories against him and some threatening him to implicate others. He also hinted that some YSRC leaders were involved in the Business.
Some film stars are also involved in the Hawala it is reported.
