After AP CM Chandrababu Naidu its Mamata didi the CM of West Bengal who is going all out against the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. She is on a hunger strike against the Partisan Attitude of the CBI towards the state.
The CBI sleuths swopped in on the residence of Kumar the Chief of Kolkata Police pertaining to some scams involving Mamata.
There was a clash between the sentries of the police chief and the CBI sleuths. Mamata opined that it was a political vendetta by the centre. it may be noted that Mamta had brought the leaders of the opposition together against Modi in a recent rally at Kolkata and said that it was time for Modi to close his shop.
Mamata did not permit the rallies to be addressed by the BJP chief Amit Shah here in Kolkata. The CBI came to the house of Kolkata Chief without a proper search warrant. Mamata demanded that all the like-minded people must look into the attitude of the centre and also the CBI and condemn it.
The CBI first claimed that Kumar was absconding and that the documents relating the Saradha chit fund scam were also missing. Later they came to search his house where the CBI sleuths were stopped by the police guards at Kumar’s house.
The chief Minister Mamata took serious objection to the attitude of the CBI and the centre.
