Rajgopal Bajaj one of the distributors of Acharya has written a letter to hero Chiranjeevi for compensation. Bajaj in his letter has mentioned that only 25 percent of the revenue invested has been recovered and the rest has to be helped by the mega hero.
Right now Chiranjeevi is in USA along with his wife. There are allegations of land grabbing against Chiranjeevi. The other thing is that the investors and distributors of Acharya are looking at Chiranjeevi and his son for compensation.
The whole deal was struck by the director Koratala Shiva as the main producer was his friend. Koratala as give ten crores to Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan was not paid at all.
They were supposed to share the profits. However, there are no profits. Koratala has assured that he will compensate the aggrieved parties. It has to be seen how long he will take for this.
Warangal Srinivas has taken the Nizam rights for forty crore beating Dil Raju. He lost heavily. Let’s hope they will get compensated to some extent.
