The journey of NCSC has begun in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh State in the year 1993 and soon translated into a National Program through the Department of Science & Technology.
The National Childrens Science Congress (NCSC) is catalysed and supported by the National Council for Science & Technology Communication (NCSTC), Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India. TSCOST is the State Nodal Agency for the conduct of NCSC in the state of Telangana.
TSCOST is organizing the NCSC program in association with the School Education Dept., State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT), and with the support from Ranga Reddy District Administration and NATCO Trust.
Objectives :
National Children’s Science Congress (NCSC) provides a unique opportunity to the Child Scientists to present their investigatory projects and interact with eminent Scientists and thereby creates a zeal for entering into the exciting world of Science & Technology.
NCSC activity is intended to Inject scientific temper among students for generating interest towards Science.
