Controversies have become common for the AAP Government. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has no other option but to act upon them as he has promised a clean government with the symbol of Jhadu. Yesterday he had no option but sack minister Sandeep Kumar from his cabinet with immediate effect.
The reason being that a CD contained a sex tape and similar images, and was reported by a reputed TV Channel involving the Minister Sandeep Kumar.Sandeep Kumar was the Minister for Child Welfare and Social Justice in the AAP cabinet.
On the other hand the Deputy CM Delhi said that AAP will not tolerate any allegations of corruption or impropriety… AAP works with a zero tolerance policy. Not just ministers, we have 67 MLAs. We will not tolerate such behaviour from anyone in any position in the party,” he added.
Sandeep Kumar is the third minister Kejriwal has dropped since he was voted back to power in 2015.
The CM announced his decision to sack Sandeep Kumar on Twitter. As usual Sandeep claimed that he was framed and that there was no truth in it. It was all fabricated to malign him.
