An interconnecting water grid is being built in the city at the outer ring road so that there would be no issue of water for the Hyderabad and Secunderabad twin cities said KTR the caretaker Minister of Telangana. He was speaking at the builders association meeting here. He said that two reservoirs have already been built to quench the thirst of the people fo the twin cities.
Both Krishna and Godavari waters would be tapped for the people of Hyderabad he said. The vision of the KCR is to see that there would be no water problem for the state of Telangana both for drinking and also irrigation he explained.
He told the builders that Swachch Hyderabad was a great success and that we have received many rewards. He also talked about the power management here in the state. Solid waste is also being converted into power he said.
Hyderabad would become a planned city and we would attract people from other states and countries he stated. The TRS government will definitely develop the city on par with international standards he assured the builders.
