Controversial cine director Ram Gopal Varma said that the Government and the police were over doing the drugs issue. He questioned the police if they would question the children also for 12 hours. He found fault with the way the cine people were targeted and the investigation is going on.
Varma opined that the police was giving leaks without any evidence and creating ruckus in the families of cine artists. He ridiculed that police officer Akun was depicted as Baahubali and Rajamouli must make another movie as Baahubali -3.
But Varma said that Akun was a sincere officer. He found fault with the officials giving leaks and leads to media.
Excise director said that it was being done on the instruction of Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao and that the department has nothing against any one as per law. Police today have summoned the owners of pubs in city apart from hero Tarun.
