It looks like Puri the ace director is going out of the way and giving some work to his friend Charmee . She lost some amount earlier with Jyothi laxmi which was made on fast track by puri and released.
Now Puri is making a movie with Balaiah and he has got a chance to return back some amount to the lady in the form of remuneration for her production work.
This is a bit on the higher side there is no second thinking about it. Charmme’s remuneration of Rs 4 crore for Paisa Vasool, isn’t for acting! Rather, it is a total package. She is looking after everything in co-ordination with Puri. No one knows what would be the collections of Paisa Vasool but most of them are getting good payments.
The actress, who has earlier worked as a production co-ordinator for Puri Jagannadh’s films, is doing so once again for his next, Paisa Vasool.
She is said to be the executive producer of the film and is looking after the project, said a source. People said that Puri has removed all his old staff. But now Charmee remains. Charmee was looking after the dates of Puri earlier. Some one said she was removed, but it looks like the bond continues.
Recently, Charmmee returned from a trip to Portugal where she had gone along with the film’s team. “Though it is produced by Vijayendra Prasad of Bhavya Arts, it is Charmme who gave a package to him.
Estimating the film’s budget to reach approximately Rs 28 crore, she asked for nearly Rs 4 crore as a package,” adds the source.
The budget also includes Balakrishna’s (Rs 9 crore) and Puri Jagannadh’s remuneration too.
The actress also looks after Puri Connects, a talent management company started by the director.She was in Amitabhs Buddah hoga tera baap which was directed by Puri.
Lets hope Puri will not lose his name further like RGV. Both RGV and Puri are going through a bad patch since a long time and they do not have big hits to their credit.
