The delegation led by Minister KT Ramma Rao on Day 3 of United States tour interacted with the top leadership of major global corporations. Minister KT Rama Rao visited the Ericsson Experience Centre at Santa Clara, Silicon Valley, Ericsson team gave a sneak peek into the various Innovation Areas they are working on such as IoT, 5G, Augmented Reality, Drones & Machine Learning and Predictive Mobility.Among the various issues discussed were how some of these technologies could be piloted in Telangana, once the FiberGrid project is up and running.
Minister KT Rama Rao also addressed roundtable discussion on Investment priorities & Opportunities in Telangana, organised by USIBC at Palo Alto, CA. In a Fireside chat with Pablo Quintanilla, Head of Public Policy for APAC, held as part of Salesforce Speaker Series, at their headquarters at San Francisco, CA, USA.
Minister KT Rama Rao met Mr Osvaldo Di Campli President & Head – Global Enterprises & Public Sector and Sr Leadership team of Nokia at MV, CA. During the meeting with Nokia leadership, Minister KT Rama Rao gave a high level overview of Telangana upcoming Fiber grid project. Nokia team has expressed interest to participate in the Telangana Fiber grid project and sought further information about the project.
