The one and half month long VIVO IPL 10 ended quite successfully yesternigt at the Uppal Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium Hyderabad. Mumbai Indians won a thriller beating Rising Pune Supergaint just by a solitary run.
The main reason of this mega event being conducted every year is to help the budding talent get opportunity to prove their abilities.
This year I am sure lot of Indians and a couple of overseas players got benefited in a huge way.
Washington Sundar, Rishab Pant, Ishan Kishan, Thampi really lived up-to the expectations of all, while Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan was the synosure of all eyes. Rashid was really pretty impressive with his fabulous spells.
Rishab despite losing his father in the beginning of the tournament played outstanding cricket. And this wicketkeeping batsman does have a bright future provided nurtured properly.
In spinners Washington Sundar stole the show. In the absence of R Ashwin he bowled beautifully and he is certainly a future prospects.
Well although T-20 is not the right format to judge one’s abilities these youngsters seemed to be extremely talented and let’s hope they play for the country sooner or later.
Let’s wish them all good luck.
