-Through a tweet, the PM had yesterday informed his followers about his Kedarnath visit.This is Narendra Modi’s first visit to the Kedarnath Temple – dedicated to Lord Shiva – ever since he became PM.
-The doors of the Kedarnath Temple have been opened in view of PM Modi’s visit.
-During the visit, the PM will also inaugurate the Patanjali Research Institute in Haridwar.
-Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives in Dehradun, will visit Kedarnath Temple shortly.
He also visited the accommodation arrangements made for the pilgrims at Kedarnath.
-He visited the medical centre set up at Kedarnath to provide prompt medical facilities for the pilgrims and interacted with the medical team deployed at the centre.
-Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat yesterday flew to Kedarnath to review the preparations ahead of the PM’s visit.
