It looks like the days of Mass Masala are over. People are trying to allign themselves with meaningful cinema. There are people who said that there was no need for Chiranjeevi to do a Kummudu and Ammadu in the name of 100th movie.

But now our Telugu star heroes are changing their pattern. After Aamirs Dangal and GPS all are craving to do movie with real touch. Even Milky boy Mahesh is interested in doing a real kind of movie and he is all praise to Aamir and Dangal.

The heroes generally depend on the mass entertainers.But the situation is slowly changing and they are trying to come up with movies based on Telugu history. It’s indeed a welcome trend.. and they should be appreciated for their efforts. After Gautami Putra Sathakarni , there are several directors an also Heroes who want to do that kind of movies. Chiranjeevi is already doing that kind of a movie .

Megastar Chiranjeevi is getting ready for his 151st film ‘Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy’.. Official announcement has not been made till now..but director Surender Reddy..and writers Paruchuri Brothers are on the job of giving the final touches to the script. It is interesting that they have taken Krish as an inspiration for knowing more about the history. They went all the way to London for knowing the reality it is reported.

Krish was successful in getting the required stuff to make a ‘Gautami Putra Satakarni’ from London museum, when there were not much historical evidences left in India. British rulers have taken away all our historical evidences to Britain along with our wealth. That’s the reason we don’t usually get much historical evidences when we try to research history.

Like the history repeats it is also happening in the case of Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy also. When Surender Reddy team tried to research on this Rayalaseema legend, they are not that successful. But they got to know about more details in the South Indian division of Natual History Museum in London. Based on these details, Surender Reddy and team is giving final touches to the story.
