Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone wants to be in news all the time some how or the other. Deepika now talks about food and weight management. Deepu says managing weight is not about giving up food. Cutting down the food is not the right thing to do she opined.
“Managing weight is not about giving up food but eating right. This includes a nourishing breakfast and a daily regime of exercise to stay fit,” Deepika said in a statement to media. Breakfast is the most important part of the day she explained. A whole some nourishing breakfast will enthuse you for the whole day she stated.
Giving a health tip to her fans, Deepika said: “Choose foods that are wholesome and nourishing.” The breakfast will kick start you for the day and it has to continue till the lunch she said.
After making her Hollywood debut with the film xXx: Return of Xander Cage earlier this year, the actress is busy with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s historic period drama Padmavati – which also stars her rumoured boyfriend Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor.
She likes the director Snajy Leela very much and she in fact loves the way he works . Snajays movies made Deepu very big and a great heroine who is attracting the Hollywood also. Getting roles in Hollywood is not easy for that matter.
