The death of Srinivas in a shoot out in USA is sending shock waves across the country and especially in Hyderabad. The discussion here among the youngsters is why should they go to US. What for ?The parents who were gearing up to sen their children for MS after B tech are now thinking twice.
Union Minister BandaruDattatreya, Educationist Chukka Ramaih who attended the funeral of Srinivas at Banjarahills, opined that being in India we can earn good money. The Policies now are conducie in India for setting up business. “I will not allow my younger son Sai to go back to the US again. I want him and his family to return to Hyderabad for good.” The mother of Srinivas stated.
She said he would ask her younger son, Sai Kiran, who is also employed in the US, to return to India along with his family.In fact she recalled that, Srinivas was also suggeste to come back if he was not happy.
Subramaniyam an IT professional who attended the funeral opined that if the IT companies in India or in Hyderabad encorage the local talent and pay them well, the people may not crave to go to USA.
He explained that the Government must impose restrictions on the companies that they must pay the minimum wages specified by the Government here and that they should not exploit the youth.
If you have good payment here, why will they go to Dubai and US he questioned.
Mansur working with the media also opined that except the top few people in the media, all others were exploited and that they have to run from pillar to post for food and stoop low for small things.
