TTD EO Sambasiva Rao heaped praises on Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao for reviving a forgotten culture: ‘In those days, Sri Krishna Devarayulu and Mysuru Maharajas used to offer expensive gifts to the Almighty Lord Balaji he reminded. After them, It’s only KCR who have done so and by then launched a new chapter.
KCR will be remembered for this historic moment he said’. In the present times this is the biggest gift offered by a Government to the Lord. The temple has a hisotry of about 2000 years and this is the costliest gift so far from the Government side received by the TTD.
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao fulfilled his vow to Tirumala Balaji for fulfilling his long-lasting wish of statehood. He offered Rs 5 crore worth gold ornaments to Venkateswara Swamy. TTD Priests blessed KCR after CM’s family fulfilled their vows in Tirumala.
After the darshan of Lord Balaji, KCR’s Family went to Goddess Padmavathi temple in Tiruchanur to present the nose-stud. All the family members will return to Hyderabad in the charter flight on Wednesday afternoon.
Not only this the Chota mota officials and employees from the CMO who had the darshan of Balaji for about 20 minutes exclusively were thrilled to pieces and praised KCR like anything. Usually no CM takes so many people along with him for Darshan. KCR has been very kind to take two plane loads of people for Darashan that two along with him under the L-one category.
