Sindhu the Hyderabadi 

Yes we are talking about PV Sindhu. She is a pucca Hyderabadi and follows all the rituals of Telangana. Recently before going to RIO, Sindhu celebrated here Bonalu festival for Mahankali Jatara. Being ace shuttle Badminton star at international level , Sindhu carried the traditional and religious bonam on her head and offered prayer to Amma Mahankali. Her only prayer was that she should get a medal at Rio and preferably Gold medal.

 

It looks like the Mahankaali has heard the prayers of Sindhu and she has entered the finals. This night she is fighting the world No1. and her coach Gopichand is confident that Sindhu will hit the bulls eye and she will get a gold.Telugus across the country are hopeful that she will get the gold for India . PM, Chief Ministers have also complimented Sindhu for entering the final and want her to get the gold.
