Regina is a huge brand in the Telugu and Tamil film industries — and considering how well-known she is, the organisers of the recently-concluded Madras Bridal Fashion Show in Chennai approached the actress to make an appearance as a show-stopper.
But they were left in the lurch when the actress backed out at the eleventh hour, demanding money! Says a source close to the actress, “Regina had earlier agreed to walk the ramp for free.
Regina had committed to the organisers for the same, but turned down the offer at the last minute. The organisers even bargained and offered to gift her the show-stopper outfit, but she was adamant.”
