Without brokers no one gets the clearance for the building construction. That is GHMC.The AI feature would help the builders know quickly whether their building plan with detailed design/drawings is in compliance with norms. “It now takes at least a month to 45 days to check compliance,”said Apurv Chauhan, GHMC zonal commissioner, who is involved in preparing the software.
Builders face further delay in making changes as per the laws and re-submitting their plans currently; the new software eliminates the delay on this account.
Another path-breaking feature is the use of virtual reality which helps the officials to ‘walk through’ the plan. “The ultimate goal is to provide the walk-through to customers before the construction of the project has started,” Chauhan pointed out.
