Even after huge opposition the Government wants to go ahead with the Musi beautification project involving lakhs of crores.
The demolitions will go on and the poor people will get the two bed room houses. This is the assurance given by the CM in person. The HYDRAA on the other hand is doing its job in demolishing the constructions that fall the FTL of the water bodies.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy announced that the foundation stone for the Musi rejuvenation project will be laid on November 1, with work beginning at Bapughat. Tenders for the project will be issued before November.
Revanth Reddy also expressed his willingness to engage in discussions with opposition parties regarding the Musi rejuvenation project,adding that an all-party meeting will be convened soon.
The government plans to develop a 21-km stretch back from Bapughat.
The CM also mentioned ongoing investigations into phone tapping, the Kaleswaram project, and electricity purchases, assuring that no party influence would affect the inquiry process, and actions would be based on the investigating agencies’ reports.
