The regular life of the people is disturbed in both the Telugu states. Traffic jams on one hand and demolitions by Hydraa on the other hand are being talked about in the state o Telangana.
Today demolitions were done at APPA lake in Rajendranagar of RR district. The buildings belonged to a BJP leader. MET sounded a red alert for AP.
Land slides were reported in the state of AP.Tragic incident occurred early Saturday morning near Sunnapu Battila Centre under Machavaram police station limits in Vijayawada, where a 45-year-old woman lost her life, and five others were injured after massive rocks slipped from a nearby mountain, crashing onto four houses.
The deceased has been identified as Meghana . The mishap led to the complete destruction of one house, while three others sustained partial damage. Rescue teams have been working to retrieve individuals trapped under the debris.
“We have recovered the body of the deceased and rescued five others.
Efforts are ongoing to locate and rescue two more individuals suspected to be trapped,” said Machavaram police.
In Hyderabad, GHMC has sounded analert to clear the rain water into the drains and to see that there are no traffic snarls. The Hydraa on the other hand is continuing he demolitions to see that the lake beds are not blocked by the encroachers.
