Akbaruddin Owaisi the MIM floor leader in the Assembly said that some vested interests want to stop the development of old city and poor Muslims in particular.
He was speaking in the Owisi educational campus here and said that he has built the schools and colleges for the last 20 years and they want to demolish them to stop the Muslims from getting developed.
He said that as long as the Muslims are alive the development will continue and no one can stop them. Hydra has issued notices to the Owaisis schools and colleges in the Salkam Cheruvu.
They have given time for the demolitions. In that context, Owaisi has requested the Government not to demolish the schools as they are catering to the poor people from KG to PG.
But the people in general and the legislators in general are demanding for the demolition of illegal buildings of Owaisis in Hyderabad. Hydra on the other hand has given notice to some residents around Durgam Cheruvu.
There are allegations that this is to get stay from the courts and stop the demolitions. Some properties were demolished even not informing them.
They were just demolished out right.
