There are rumours that the BRS will finally merge into the BJP in the coming days and that will be after the polling of Assembly polls in Delhi. The BJP wants to clinch the power in Delhi.
A popular anchor last night announced this but stated that it all depends on the decision of KCR the BRS boos who is called as the Bapu of Telangana. The idea of BRS is to keep the flock together and not allow them to be poached by the Congress.
Congress is gaining strength by the day by taking the BRS MLAs, MLCsinto the congress fold. For the time being KCR is unhappy with the development and he thinks it is better for them to align with the BJP.
The BJP was eying the same and now the BRS is forced to take a decision. There are rumours that KTR and Harish talked to BL Santosh of BJP in Delhi when they went to meet Kavitha who is in Jail.
She has been in Jail for about 150 days. The BJP wants her to become the approver against Kejriwal the CM. But that is not happening and she wants a bail. If this happens we can think of BJP coming to power in the coming days.
But the leaders like Bandi Sanjay and Arvind are very unhappy with the developments. But Kishan Reddy and Dr Laxman wants a merger so that the party will grow in numbers and it is very easy to fight the next election and come to power.
The BRS and the BJP together can stop the onslaught of the Congress in the Assembly also. The local polls in Telangana are round the corner and this alliance will help them to keep the Congress in check for the time being.
But one thing is clear the BJP leaders especially the old guards will never others to grow in the party. The removal of Bandi Sanjay from the president’s post is the best example.
