Heaps of Garbage and drain water greet us in many parts of Hyderabad apart from the clogged rainwater on the roads.
KTR the BRS working President said mosquitoes are breeding due to the accumulation of garbage in slums and colonies, adding that people are suffering from seasonal diseases such as dengue, malaria and diarrhoea.
Alleging that garbage disposal appears to be done only on paper, KTR blamed the lack of sudden visits by the Mayor and officials for sanitation management going astray in Hyderabad.
Even after the GHMC was alerted the rainwater continues to clog on the roads. It was raining all day for the last two days in and around Hyderabad.
The drain water or the water from the sewers is overflowing on the roads along with the rainwater.
