Even before the TDP has come to power the public and farmers from Amaravathi are seeking the development. Both Chandrababu and Lokesh the TDP Chief and GS have assured that as soon as they take over, the work for the development Amaravathi will start in two weeks.
There is a talk that the big businessmen who have purchased lands in and around Amaravathi are already in touch with TDP over the proposed development here.
There is a talk that people like Murali Mohan, Galla Jaydev, Mahesh Babu and other have purchased huge chunks of land in Amaravathi and wanted to go into the real estate business.
The YSRC leaders also have grabbed lands in the last 5 years time it is alleged. Some projects have been shelved by the YSRC. The TDP after coming to power will have a herculean tasks of brining back the government on to the rails.
Financial stability has to be achieved in the first place. The coffers are empty and there is no other way but to go for borrowing at a lower rate of interest.
All the free schemes have to be streamlined. Right now it is a tug of war between YSRC and other parties. The Congress is all set to become a spoiler for the YSRC.
